What you will do

• Architect and build sophisticated multi-agent systems that move beyond chat to autonomous execution.
• Develop reliable evaluation frameworks and observability tools for LLM reasoning chains to eliminate hallucinations.
• Design core AI primitives and orchestration layers to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to identify and execute high-impact automation initiatives across the organization.
• Apply rigorous backend engineering principles to ensure AI production systems are scalable, reliable, and performant.
• Mentor senior engineering teams to elevate the overall AI literacy and technical bar within the company.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with LLMs, RAG, and Agentic frameworks.
• Deep backend engineering mastery with a track record of building production-scale systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy with broad organizational impact.
• Ability to apply world-class engineering principles (scalability, reliability, performance) to GenAI systems.
• Visionary mindset capable of anticipating industry AI shifts and translating them into technical roadmaps.
