Salary: $204,000 – $255,000 USD.

What you will do

• Drive the AI for Developers strategy from ideation to production.
• Build and maintain scalable developer infrastructure, platforms, and AI-assisted tooling.
• Design and develop asynchronous AI workflow platforms and internal SDKs for rapid app development.
• Partner cross-functionally to consult and coach teams on leveraging AI capabilities.
• Ensure engineering excellence through high-quality code, thoughtful system design, and operational reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain platform components.

Requirements

• 9+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
• Experience building developer infrastructure, tooling, or platforms at scale.
• Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to real-world software engineering challenges.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Go, Python, Typescript, or Kotlin.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US and be based in a state with a registered hirify.global entity.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
