TL;DR

Salary: $62,000–$90,000 per year (varies by state)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary support contact for merchant partners during technical integration.
  • Resolve technical issues related to partner ecommerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for integration processes.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Merchant Operations teams.
  • Provide actionable product feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Tech, eCommerce, or SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong project management and communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments independently.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the payments or e-commerce space.
  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and API integrations.
