What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and solutions architecture.
• Analyze customer data to deliver impactful, actionable insights to client leadership.
• Provide technical support regarding integration challenges and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading customer-facing projects within enterprise SaaS or high-tech environments.
• Strong background in program or project management with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes.
• High technical acumen with the ability to discuss APIs, SDKs, and enterprise software capabilities.
• Experience working with mobile applications and services.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for storytelling and stakeholder management.
