Talent Acquisition Coordinator

TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Coordinator (HR): Supporting the recruiting department by managing interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and various talent acquisition programs with an accent on administrative efficiency and process coordination. Focus on auditing requisitions, supporting college recruiting initiatives, and maintaining high levels of data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System.

Location: Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Chelmsford, MA. This role is on-site and does not offer relocation.

Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and manage necessary travel arrangements.
• Support college recruiting efforts by scheduling campus fair visits and ordering materials.
• Perform regular audits of job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Generate and manage recruitment metric reports.
• Assist with the temp conversion process and provide general support for HR projects.
• Represent the company at local career fairs as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting an HR or Recruiting department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must be based in the Chelmsford, MA area.
