• Lead the SEO and metadata strategy across all uploads.
• Analyze performance metrics including CTR, retention, and traffic sources to guide editorial decisions.
• Provide actionable feedback loops to producers and editors to improve format structure and viewer engagement.
• Support channel growth strategies and monitor subscription performance.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes and platform trends to proactively adapt channel strategy.

Requirements

• Understanding of YouTube recommendation and browse behavior
• Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel
• Proven ability to create effective thumbnails and titles
