What you will do

• Plan and execute creative content production for long-form YouTube projects and cross-platform social media.
• Shoot high-quality footage using Sony A7S, FX3, and FX6 cameras, gimbals, and professional sound equipment.
• Edit raw footage into engaging, narrative-driven videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with social leads, sports organizations, contributors, and on-screen talent to deliver premium content.
• Manage shoot calendars and production logistics to ensure delivery of content according to sporting calendars.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Proven track record in creating high-quality digital and social content, preferably within the sports industry.
• Proficiency in self-shooting on Sony A7S/FX3/FX6 cameras and gimbal operation.
• Strong editorial skills using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to structure shoot days and deliver finished long-form content independently.
• Strong communication skills to manage relationships with clubs, players, and internal teams.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience working directly with major sports broadcasters.
