What you will do

  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to inbound customer requests via phone and email.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in Salesforce to improve product feedback.
  • Triage incoming requests to identify trends and potential systemic issues.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educational webinars for customers.
  • Collaborate across teams to share knowledge, contribute to documentation, and provide mentorship.

Requirements

  • English proficiency: Advanced/Fluent (C1+ required for verbal and written communication)
  • Professional experience in a client-facing or customer service role within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to articulate technical or financial concepts clearly.
  • Commitment to data security and professional service standards.

Nice to have

  • Background in equity management, finance, or venture capital.
  • Experience with complex SaaS product support.
