• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate management when necessary.
• Identify service improvements and provide actionable feedback to the team.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
