What you will do

• Manage loan functions including reversals, escalations, and reassignments according to SOPs.
• Execute Level 2 operational tasks that require specialized knowledge or higher authority.
• Collaborate with Back Office and Compliance teams to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Provide tier 2 support and accurate, professional responses to employee inquiries via Slack.
• Investigate reported issues, manage technical escalations, and act as a liaison across departments.
• Analyze trends in employee, customer, and technology issues to report and implement improvement areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in origination processes or high-risk, detail-oriented operational task management.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Knowledge of regulatory issues surrounding consumer lending products and guidelines.
• Proven ability to support and serve as a resource for peers and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to collaborative teamwork.
