Focus on proactively educating the consultant community, building project pipelines through Axis products, and supporting system design accuracy.

Location: Home-office based in greater Munich metropolitan area, requiring travel across Germany with a focus on South and East Germany, as well as within Middle Europe.

What you will do

• Cultivate and manage business relationships with the A&E program members, while also building relationships with new consultants.
• Advise consultants on specifications around Axis network products and support identified focus accounts within the A&E program.
• Proactively educate the consultant community on industry challenges and position Axis as a thought leader.
• Educate specifiers on using Axis design tools to ensure system design accuracy and improve operational efficiencies.
• Define strategy and actions in line with the EMEA Head region, Middle Europe and DACH region.
• Align the A&E program with the activities of the sales teams, building a project pipeline through Axis products' specification into new projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Articulate with engaging presentation skills and proven experience in specifying projects with consultants.
• Self-driven, motivated, and creative with a positive attitude.
• An active spokesperson in industry forums and associations.
• Live in Germany, ideally in Munich area.
