What you will do

• Lead the engagement strategy for the Academy, ensuring effective communication and connection with students.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and networking opportunities to enhance learning and professional development.
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support to encourage retention and successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand industry expectations and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Gather feedback from students and alumni to continuously improve the Academy's offerings and support services.
• Act as a spokesperson for the Academy at external events, promoting the mission and success stories.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engagement, education, or community management within a tech or learning organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and foster connections with diverse groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Experience in organizing events and workshops, with a keen understanding of how to create impactful learning experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to respond to the needs of students.
