TL;DR

Senior Manager, Portfolio & Role Enablement: Leading the vision, strategy, and execution of portfolio enablement, role-based training, and learning platform development with an accent on aligning content creation with hirify.global product roadmaps and organizational business goals. Focus on scaling enablement initiatives, managing global cross-functional stakeholders, and driving high-performance sales enablement through data-driven insights and innovative learning frameworks.

Location: Based in London, UK or Prague, Czech Republic (EMEA region).

What you will do

  • Define and drive the vision for portfolio enablement, role and solution-oriented training, and content platform management.
  • Lead cross-portfolio alignment by engaging with senior leadership to ensure training content supports organizational roadmaps.
  • Direct the design and development of high-quality training assets including instructor-led, eLearning, and interactive content.
  • Oversee the optimization of CMS and LMS platforms to ensure seamless delivery and accessibility.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of enablement managers, content developers, and instructional designers.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and platform usage using Power BI and Tableau to inform strategic business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Instructional Design, HR, or Business Administration.
  • At least 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • At least 5+ years of sales experience or sales leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in developing strategy for portfolio enablement, role enablement, and learning platforms.
  • Deep understanding of instructional design principles and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and CVI.
  • Strong proficiency in CMS, LMS platforms, and project management tools.
