Salary: $160,000–$180,000 Base

What you will do

• Define and drive strategy for the Wholesale Network product area.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to ensure platform alignment.
• Translate company priorities and customer needs into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• Define success metrics and navigate complex trade-offs to ensure outcome-focused delivery.
• Champion the voice of merchants and suppliers across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management at software companies.
• Proven track record in leading and developing Product Managers.
• Experience driving product strategy and execution across multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of technically complex products involving structured data, integrations, or platform systems.
• Strong product judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Demonstrated experience aligning diverse stakeholders in complex environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or wholesale platforms.
• Background in building or scaling platform capabilities.
• Experience working with both SMB and enterprise customer segments.
