What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Boomi AtomSphere integrations across ERP, HCM, IAM, and CRM systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data mappings using JSON, XML, and EDI formats.
• Build resilient error handling, retries, and monitoring to ensure high system reliability and observability.
• Manage Boomi Master Data Hub (MDH) to ensure data quality and source data integrity.
• Implement REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns to support business logic.
• Manage release governance and CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and compliant deployment of integration assets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in integrations or iPaaS, with at least 2 years hands-on in Boomi AtomSphere.
• Proficiency in API design (REST/SOAP) and authentication protocols like OAuth2 and JWT.
• Strong data transformation skills and solid experience with SQL fundamentals.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD processes for integration deployments.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and able to work onsite in Cambridge, MA.
• Excellent collaboration skills for partnering with non-technical stakeholders across Finance, HR, and GTM teams.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Procure-to-Pay and Onboarding/Offboarding integration workflows.
• Boomi Professional Developer, API Management, or MDM certifications.
• Experience with event-driven architectures such as Kafka or SQS.
• Scripting proficiency in Groovy, JavaScript, or Python.
• Exposure to AI-enhanced integration tools.
