Bi Analyst

BI Analyst: Supporting and evolving hirify.global’ HR and Finance analytics ecosystem with an accent on increasing adoption, improving existing dashboards, and developing new analytical solutions as business needs evolve. Focus on maintaining and enhancing Tableau dashboards, improving data sources and models, and helping stakeholders translate business questions into scalable BI solutions.

What you will do

• Maintain and evolve the existing portfolio of HR and Finance dashboards in Tableau.
• Drive adoption of BI tools by helping stakeholders understand and use dashboards effectively.
• Identify reporting gaps and build new dashboards and analytical views that support evolving business needs.
• Write SQL queries and contribute to data transformations in Postgres and dbt.
• Validate dashboard outputs and data sources through testing and QA processes.
• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and BI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong Tableau experience with the ability to design complex dashboards that support business decision-making.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to write complex queries and work with large datasets.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and transformation workflows (experience with dbt or similar tools is a plus).
• Strong data visualization skills and knowledge of best practices for communicating insights through dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Working knowledge of spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with HR or Finance data (headcount, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, P&L, etc.).
• Experience working with modern data stacks (dbt, Postgres, Git).
• Tableau certification or a Tableau Public portfolio.
• Understanding of metric governance and BI best practices.
• Interest in modern analytics workflows and AI-assisted analytics.
