What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives from requirements gathering to dashboard delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers to define KPIs and build scalable data models using dbt and BigQuery.
• Drive BI infrastructure evolution by creating reusable models and standardized metrics for self-service analytics.
• Lead AI-powered initiatives and automation to enhance data discoverability and efficiency.
• Own data observability and governance, architecting a scalable BI platform.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional projects independently.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years experience as a BI Developer in a product-driven tech company.
• Expert-level SQL skills with focus on complex transformations and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, BigQuery, and Looker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, or AI-driven workflows.
• Experience implementing AI or automation within BI and analytics.
• Previous experience in cybersecurity or cloud-native SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
