Data Quality Analyst

TL;DR

Data Quality Analyst: Establishing and maintaining a robust Data Quality framework to drive business maturity with an accent on stakeholder consulting and data asset governance. Focus on building and managing Data Quality dashboards and scorecards while proactively identifying and solving complex data integrity issues.

Location: Must be based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). Candidates must already possess the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Define and improve the Data Quality framework aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish quality requirements and perform data analysis.
• Create and maintain Data Quality dashboards and scorecards to provide actionable insights.
• Provide consulting services to data owners and stewards regarding data management practices.
• Analyze and resolve complex data quality issues across the organization.
• Work on cross-functional projects to ensure consistent data standards.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Quality.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands (no sponsorship provided).
