What you will do

• Process incoming master data requests in accordance with established internal procedures.
• Create, modify, and delete master data records within the IFS ERP system.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Generate analytical reports to assist internal stakeholders with business decision-making.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve underlying data quality issues.
• Collaborate with international departments across regions including Dubai, Singapore, and the UK.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in data administration, master data management, or ERP system support.
• Proven knowledge of ERP systems, with IFS Applications experience being a strong advantage.
• Basic proficiency in SQL or similar data-querying tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented professional approach.

Nice to have

• Background in business administration, data management, IT, finance, or supply chain.
