What you will do

• Coordinate transcreation of e-commerce marketing assets while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and retailer specifications.
• Manage end-to-end project execution from initial brief to final quality checks and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including project managers, designers, and in-market linguists to maintain brand consistency.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to monitor project progress and address operational challenges proactively.
• Execute administrative tasks including managing purchase orders, sales orders, and translation memory maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for value-add improvements to existing processes and international communication strategies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in localization project management.
• English proficiency required for global operations.
• Experience with CAT tools and Machine Translation.
• Passion for the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury industries.
• University degree in marketing, languages, business, or a related field.
• Must be based in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Native or near-native proficiency in Czech, Hungarian, Slovak, Bulgarian, or Greek.
