What you will do
- Coordinate transcreation of e-commerce marketing assets while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and retailer specifications.
- Manage end-to-end project execution from initial brief to final quality checks and delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including project managers, designers, and in-market linguists to maintain brand consistency.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to monitor project progress and address operational challenges proactively.
- Execute administrative tasks including managing purchase orders, sales orders, and translation memory maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for value-add improvements to existing processes and international communication strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in localization project management.
- English proficiency required for global operations.
- Experience with CAT tools and Machine Translation.
- Passion for the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury industries.
- University degree in marketing, languages, business, or a related field.
- Must be based in the Czech Republic.
Nice to have
- Native or near-native proficiency in Czech, Hungarian, Slovak, Bulgarian, or Greek.
