What you will do

• Audit and edit high-traffic pages to boost revenue-per-visitor through copy and design iterations.
• Develop conversion-centric editing guidelines and oversee CRO tactics for new page launches.
• Build and manage content scraping and automated review agents for large-scale quality control.
• Design and partner with development to architect new page layouts for content streams.
• Execute A/B or multivariate tests and document insights to track revenue impact.

Requirements

• Advanced experience using LLMs for agentic workflows and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to formulate conversion hypotheses and execute A/B or multivariate tests.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and setting up testing environments.
• Expert-level copywriting skills balancing brand voice with performance metrics.
• Experience managing automated review agents and content scraping.
• Strong understanding of conversion psychology and design layout influence.
