Location: Must be based in or able to work from Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles including Customer Support, Online Checkout, and Incident Management specialists.
  • Develop and maintain effective talent pipelines to meet aggressive hiring targets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Leverage ATS and automation tools to source, track, and manage large candidate volumes.
  • Organize and facilitate hiring events to support mass recruitment needs.
  • Maintain high professional standards for candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in mass or high-volume recruitment.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
  • English resume submission is mandatory for application.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools such as ATS, sourcing platforms, and automation software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Previous experience in tech, mobility, or fast-scaling startups.
