TL;DR

Control Analyst (Fintech): Implementing and enhancing Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) controls for a leading financial services provider with an accent on regulatory compliance and risk management. Focus on establishing operational controls, maintaining documentation in alignment with EBA guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor control effectiveness.

Location: Hybrid, must be able to work from the office in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź 2-3 days per week.

Salary: 500-800 PLN/day on B2B contract

What you will do

• Collaborate with business and technology areas to establish and map controls aligned with internal and external audit requirements.
• Enhance and integrate operational controls within the BCCM framework.
• Prepare and maintain documentation regarding EBA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented controls.
• Support risk management teams in the implementation of control measures.
• Track project actions and support delivery leads with status updates.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role collaborating with 2LoD and 3LoD stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of BCCM frameworks, risk management methodologies, and operational controls.
• Hands-on experience in project documentation and delivery materials.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and rationalize different perspectives.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in English for daily international communication.

• Experience with failover and backup restoration testing.
