Salary: 500-800 PLN/day on B2B contract

What you will do

• Support Project Manager in daily activities including task management, meeting facilitation, reporting, and escalations
• Guide users in setting up accounts and using the Recovery Tenant tool
• Deliver training and ensure effective user adoption of recovery systems
• Maintain and update user databases and tracking systems
• Coordinate onboarding processes and collaborate with stakeholders

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from offices in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, Poland
• English: Fluent written and spoken (C1 level)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in user onboarding, training, and user management systems
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multitasking skills
