What you will do

• Provide end-to-end client support including onboarding, testing, and production troubleshooting.
• Conduct post-trade investigations with banks and prime brokers to resolve booking irregularities.
• Maintain system configuration, data integrity, and load balancing for trading environments.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and feature requests between internal development and liquidity teams.
• Automate repetitive support tasks through scripting to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience supporting mission-critical, low-latency trading applications.
• Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol, SQL, and scripting tools (Python, Perl, Shell).
• Proficiency in Linux and a deep understanding of TCP/IP networking principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
• Understanding of electronic trading concepts, with FX market knowledge as a distinct advantage.
