What you will do
- Provide expert technical support for Machine Identity Security products to worldwide enterprise customers.
- Assist in designing technical solutions and performing product installations in complex client environments.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure cohesive product and service delivery.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and troubleshooting steps in the CRM system.
- Work cross-functionally with QA and engineering teams to resolve complex product issues.
- Develop and deliver technical product training and contribute to the knowledge base.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Technical Support for software companies.
- 3+ years of experience in a consultancy or advisory role within a SaaS or security vendor.
- Deep understanding of PKI, cryptography, and securing internet applications.
- Experience with directory technologies like LDAP/Active Directory and database management (MS SQL/MySQL).
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Comfortable with rotating on-call duties including weekends and early/late hours.
