TL;DR

UI/UX Designer (Medtech): Designing intuitive, compliant, and user-centric healthcare applications with an accent on complex healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements. Focus on creating high-fidelity UI designs, maintaining design systems in Figma, and conducting usability research to ensure effective digital experiences.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Prague, Czechia (Hybrid)

Salary: 70 000 - 75 000 CZK per year

What you will do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience goals and translate complex requirements into effective designs.
Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on and improve design solutions.
Build and maintain comprehensive design systems and UI component libraries.
Present concepts to stakeholders and ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Prague, Czechia
Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple design streams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to have

Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare, including HIPAA or FDA regulatory knowledge.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
UX or related professional certifications.
