What you will do

• Design end-to-end architectures that make Generative AI solutions scalable for enterprise use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select tools and technologies for AI capabilities.
• Guide engineering squads by reviewing technical designs to ensure compliance, robustness, and maintainability.
• Define data requirements to prevent training/serving skew and ensure model performance.
• Establish enterprise standards for Generative AI, ensuring reusable components and architectural consistency.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and secure model deployment processes.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Netherlands or willing to commute to the Utrecht office.
• 5+ years of experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI software ecosystems.
• 3+ years of experience in productionizing machine learning models at scale.
• Proficiency in designing architectures using cloud platforms and Python-based software engineering.
• Experience with data platforms and integration into complex banking infrastructure.
• Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
