What you will do

• Define and solve critical business challenges using advanced NLP and machine learning techniques.

• Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable data science initiatives.
• Lead technical development efforts to deliver end-to-end AI solutions at scale.
• Research new methodologies to maintain a competitive edge in conversational AI technology.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science with a focus on NLP, machine learning, and AI.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying models with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
