What you will do

• Drive product design initiatives from discovery through implementation for the nRF Cloud platform.
• Design intuitive workflows for remote debugging, observability, and diagnostics of embedded IoT devices.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for fleet management tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success to understand user needs.
• Contribute to and evolve the internal design system to ensure consistent UI craft.
• Validate design decisions using qualitative and quantitative data and user research.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, developer tools, or data-intensive applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and interactive prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and ability to simplify complex systems.
• Strong UX, interaction design, and visual design capabilities.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Oslo.
