What you will do

• Design and develop business applications and core system customizations.
• Build and maintain data access layers, business objects, and presentation interfaces.
• Optimize and refactor existing code, performing complex query profiling and error correction.
• Collaborate with translation teams to expand and support internationalization tools.
• Research new ERP modules and prototype solutions using modern technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the global hirify.global development network.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in building business applications using .NET and C#.
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, including profiling and optimizing complex queries.
• Fluency in English is required; French proficiency is considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and complex system architecture.
• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with complex business software such as ERP, CRM, or Financial systems.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with the French language.
• Prior experience in large-scale cloud-based software development.
