What you will do

• Support day-to-day stablecoin mint and burn workflows under strict operational controls.
• Perform daily mandatory reconciliations across stablecoin issuance products, aligned to US banking hours.
• Monitor key payment health metrics, identify anomalies, and support remediation plans for payment failures.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and surface actionable insights.
• Support compliance-aligned operations across payments and stablecoin workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payment operations, financial operations, reconciliation, or accounting (stablecoin or crypto experience is a strong plus).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong operational judgment in high-trust environments.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and reconciling disparate data sources.
• Strong analytical ability to investigate issues, form hypotheses, and validate with data.
• Clear communicator with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally and escalate effectively.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with high accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto operations, stablecoins, custody, or on-chain workflows.
• Familiarity with maker-checker controls, audit evidence standards, or regulated operations.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Looker, BigQuery, or similar tooling.
• Understanding of payment rails (ACH, card processing, payout systems) and provider integrations.
