What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement and onboarding of market data exchanges and vendors.
• Maintain highly accurate market data inventory with robust quality controls.
• Reconcile invoices against contracts, inventory records, and actual usage.
• Support finance functions including cost forecasting, accruals, and internal allocations.
• Coordinate with legal and product teams to ensure regulatory compliance and licensing adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal controls through automation and exception-based checks.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in market data management, vendor operations, or financial operations.
• Proven expertise in finance operations, specifically invoice validation and reconciliations.
• Experience building medium-complexity financial models.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel and GSuite.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to manage complex tasks independently and influence internal stakeholders.

• Familiarity with administration and entitlement tools such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or FactSet.
