What you will do
- Define and evolve release engineering strategies to improve development and deployment practices.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance developer productivity and code quality.
- Build robust, scalable software solutions emphasizing coding, testing, and automation best practices.
- Establish service level objectives (SLOs) and indicators (SLIs) aligned with business goals to ensure system reliability.
- Design and implement automated pipelines, security controls, and monitoring solutions to maximize uptime and minimize manual intervention.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite 2 days a week in Arlington, TX, United States
- 5-7 years of software development and test automation experience.
- Expertise in defining and evaluating SLOs and SLIs.
- Strong background in Java, C#, PowerShell, Bash scripting, and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Experience with DevOps, pipeline automation, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience required.
