Location: Hybrid work environment with onsite presence 2 days a week in Arlington, TX, United States

What you will do

Define and evolve release engineering strategies to improve development and deployment practices.
Drive adoption of AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance developer productivity and code quality.
Build robust, scalable software solutions emphasizing coding, testing, and automation best practices.
Establish service level objectives (SLOs) and indicators (SLIs) aligned with business goals to ensure system reliability.
Design and implement automated pipelines, security controls, and monitoring solutions to maximize uptime and minimize manual intervention.

Requirements

Location: Must be able to work onsite 2 days a week in Arlington, TX, United States
5-7 years of software development and test automation experience.
Expertise in defining and evaluating SLOs and SLIs.
Strong background in Java, C#, PowerShell, Bash scripting, and cloud platforms (Azure).
Experience with DevOps, pipeline automation, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience required.
