What you will do
- Own strategic customer accounts as the primary technical contact and advocate for customer success.
- Provide technical advisory and guide customers through implementation and optimization of hirify.global Manager.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and deliver executive business reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to mitigate churn and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to support account management and forecasting.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States and able to work remotely.
- 6–8 years of experience in pre/post-sales account management, technical customer success, or consulting.
- Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing VDI environments, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Strong technical background in cloud computing and infrastructure.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong customer relationships and lead complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
Nice to have
- Senior technical account management or customer success experience with strategic accounts.
- Relevant technical certifications such as Azure, virtualization, or project management.
