What you will do
- Define and lead the enterprise-wide client experience vision, roadmap, and journey design.
- Identify patterns in client feedback and translate them into measurable improvements in satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to embed client-focused thinking into all business functions.
- Build and scale systems that capture, analyze, and act on client feedback throughout the lifecycle.
- Own key outcomes, including retention, renewal, and client health metrics through robust dashboarding and accountability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing client experience team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago, IL area.
- 10+ years of experience leading client experience or customer lifecycle strategy within complex organizations.
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing CX-focused teams.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional enterprise alignment.
- Deep expertise in operating and improving client-facing functions such as Account Management or Professional Services.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into compelling strategic narratives that drive organizational action.
