What you will do

• Own the full developer documentation portfolio.
• Build and maintain automated pipelines that validate code snippets, detect broken links, flag stale content, and enforce style consistency.
• Map and curate developer user journeys end-to-end, analysing where developers get stuck, and restructuring information architecture based on real usage patterns.
• Work directly with protocol engineers, SDK teams, and ecosystem tool maintainers to document new features as they ship.
• Leverage AI to scale documentation quality.

Requirements

• Technical writing with code fluency: ability to read a Rust crate or a TypeScript SDK, understand what it does, and write a tutorial that a developer can follow end-to-end.
• Experience with static site generators (MkDocs, Docusaurus, or similar).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for documentation.
• Practical experience using AI tools in writing or engineering workflow.
• Experience testing documentation with real developers and changing it based on what was found.
