What you will do

• Lead and oversee all SEC reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX.
• Own the global month-end and quarter-end close process.
• Lead the finance workstream across the full M&A lifecycle.
• Partner with business leaders to support financial governance and data integrity.
• Support transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled finance capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA required (Big Four background strongly preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance accounting, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• 4+ years of proven management experience in global complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidation, SEC reporting, and technical accounting.
