What you will do

• Own and drive the product localisation roadmap across markets, aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and market expansion strategy.
• Act as the central point of ownership for localisation initiatives, aligning Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Translate local market requirements into structured and scalable product specifications.
• Embed localisation into quarterly planning by bringing clear business rationale, prioritisation logic, effort trade-offs, and impact visibility.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of localisation initiatives, proactively managing dependencies and ensuring engineering capacity is allocated to agreed priorities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Management or consulting experience, ideally in fintech, trading, or other regulated digital environments.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Comfortable navigating regulatory constraints and translating compliance or operational requirements into structured product solutions.
• Strong prioritisation and analytical skills, with the ability to connect market needs to measurable commercial impact (conversion, activation, revenue, retention).
• Structured, pragmatic, and execution-driven.
