Location: Based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid office/home office role).

Salary: €600 (Bachelor student) – €1,000 (Master student/graduate) monthly gross.

• Research and scope new business development and online growth opportunities.
• Support online B2B growth initiatives, including outreach and partnership campaign execution.
• Manage and organize online campaign projects in Notion to ensure documentation is accurate.
• Collaborate with the team to test and implement new online ideas.
• Help shape the future of a rapidly growing food retail startup.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate.
• Available for a 2–3 month internship starting as soon as possible.
• Strong interest in startups, online growth, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
