TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bellevue, WA; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY (3 days/week in-office required).

Salary: $129,000–$195,000 USD (based on location zones).

What you will do

  • Design end-to-end money movement experiences including deposits, withdrawals, and portfolio tracking.
  • Lead design strategy across the full product lifecycle from problem definition to execution.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Translate complex technical constraints into clear, high-quality interaction patterns.
  • Develop wireframes, flows, and prototypes while iterating based on user data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience in complex systems or platform workflows.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and systems thinking.
  • Experience designing high-stakes transactional user flows.
  • Proven ability to break down ambiguity into actionable design steps.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and feedback skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI tools in the design workflow.
