Compensation: $143,700 – $194,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and specialized technical support as a domain advisor to cross-functional teams.
• Drive collaborative efforts with science teams to optimize complex data collections for AI models.
• Innovate model-in-the-loop and human-in-the-loop approaches to ensure high-quality data output.
• Mentor and motivate junior developers to foster team capability and code quality.
• Define and maintain benchmarks for assessing the performance of generative AI models.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and standardization across development pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in system design, architecture, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience working with or evaluating AI systems.
• Demonstrated experience guiding and coaching developers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience including CI/CD and operations.
• Proficiency with Cloud platforms (AWS) and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with AI development tools and contributing to open-source projects.
• Prior experience defining benchmarks for GenAI performance.
