Location: Must be based in Bogota, Colombia and work remotely from within the country

Salary: 3,000,000 COP monthly plus performance bonus

What you will do

  • Provide clear, prompt, and empathetic customer support via email, live chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with product and development teams by providing customer feedback
  • Act as a customer advocate to suggest improvements in products and processes
  • Build trust and support within the customer service team

Requirements

  • Must be located in Bogota, Colombia and work remotely from there
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • 3+ years of customer support experience in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with email, phone, and live chat support, preferably with software products
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira
  • Knowledge of a third language
