What you will do
- Provide clear, prompt, empathetic, and customer-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Build trust with the customer support team.
- Gather customer feedback to inform Product and Development teams.
- Act as a customer advocate, identifying and reporting product/process improvements.
- Actively seek solutions and communicate trends to leadership.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- 3+ years of customer support experience.
- Proven success in a fast-paced support environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Must work from Bogota, Colombia, and cannot work outside the country.
Nice to have
- Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
