What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of backend engineers, managing performance and career development.
• Partner with product and compliance teams to build efficient, compliant onboarding features.
• Drive high standards for clean architecture, system security, and automation.
• Oversee team delivery, system reliability, and continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to technical roadmap definition and capacity planning.
• Mentor engineers through complex architectural decisions and problem-solving.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in engineering management, including performance reviews and coaching.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably with Java or Kotlin.
• Proven experience in system design for high-throughput or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with automation-first development principles.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies within fast-paced environments.
