Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing small engineering teams (5-8 people) in fast-paced environments.

- Proven ability to participate in architectural discussions and validate technical solutions.
- Excellent diplomacy and skills in cross-functional partnership and advocacy.
- Experience in optimizing software development processes such as planning and decomposition.
