Salary: €65,000–€85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own and deliver brand design work across diverse touchpoints including campaigns, landing pages, and marketing assets.
• Develop compelling visual concepts aligned with the core brand strategy.
• Evolve the brand system to ensure both consistency and creative scalability.
• Collaborate with Growth and cross-functional teams to create high-impact campaign materials.
• Translate complex briefs into thoughtful, detailed design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand or visual design in fast-paced environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong brand system thinking across multiple touchpoints.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to work in campaign-driven marketing settings.
• Strong visual skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, consistency).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from our Berlin office.

Nice to have

• Motion design skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with Growth teams.
• Basic performance data literacy.
