Location: Based in Berlin, Germany; this is a hybrid role.
Salary: €65,000–€85,000 per year.

What you will do
- Own and deliver brand design work across diverse touchpoints including campaigns, landing pages, and marketing assets.
- Develop compelling visual concepts aligned with the core brand strategy.
- Evolve the brand system to ensure both consistency and creative scalability.
- Collaborate with Growth and cross-functional teams to create high-impact campaign materials.
- Translate complex briefs into thoughtful, detailed design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand or visual design in fast-paced environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong brand system thinking across multiple touchpoints.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to work in campaign-driven marketing settings.
- Strong visual skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, consistency).
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from our Berlin office.

- Motion design skills.
- Experience collaborating closely with Growth teams.
- Basic performance data literacy.
