TL;DR

Designer (Branding): Developing and refining creative brand concepts and packaging designs within a global agency environment with an accent on visual storytelling and layout precision. Focus on creating master layouts, 3D mock-ups, and e-commerce assets while leveraging AI-driven workflows to ensure high-quality design output.

Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany. The role operates on a hybrid schedule with office attendance required approximately four days per week.

What you will do

• Develop and refine design concepts in collaboration with senior designers and design directors.
• Create master layouts, dielines, and technical artwork for packaging and branding projects.
• Produce 3D mock-ups, e-commerce assets, and practical packaging guidelines.
• Prepare presentations and storytelling materials to communicate design directions.
• Utilize smart processes and AI tools to optimize speed and design quality.
• Actively participate in creative feedback rounds and team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or an equivalent qualification.
• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in branding or design.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative foundation and attention to detail.
• Must submit a portfolio for application consideration.

Nice to have

• Skills in Motion Design, After Effects, or Cinema4D.
