What you will do

• Orchestrate AI agents to autonomously build and deliver end-to-end features, from UX to database.
• Architect scalable solutions and foundational patterns to launch new partner portals efficiently.
• Design technical guardrails and automated feedback loops to maximize the productivity and reliability of AI agents.
• Drive asynchronous decision-making and documentation using AI assistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to refine roadmaps and technical vision.
• Improve codebase safety and efficiency for AI-agent assisted development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proven experience directing AI agents and automated workflows for system architecture and maintenance.
• Strong expertise in designing technical guardrails and automated feedback loops.
• Solid product thinking centered on customer experience and system quality.
• Experience with or willingness to master distributed system development in Scala.
• Ability to thrive in a low-process, high-autonomy environment.
