What you will do
- Provide expert information support to B2B customers and find effective solutions for their inquiries.
- Explain complex technical concepts in simple language without distorting the essence.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify pain points and create feature requests based on customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases and Help Center articles to ensure consistency.
- Comply with KPI metrics and support Customer Success principles.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Customer Service.
- Understanding of financial services, trading, and cryptocurrency payment instruments.
- Fluency in English and Russian required.
- Strong written communication skills for managing chats and technical documentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with support data and identify recurring issues.
- Attention to detail when handling financial or transactional queries.
