What you will do

• Map, prioritize, and secure business opportunities with new prospects in strategic industries.
• Execute value-based selling of packaging and processing solutions to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to develop and deliver client proposals.
• Manage the customer journey from business development through startup and handover.
• Gather market insights and industry trends to inform commercial and marketing strategies.
• Identify and develop new business categories and white space opportunities within the food and beverage industry.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within the FMCG or Food and Beverage industry.
• Successful track record of generating and securing new business and customers.
• In-depth understanding of the local market, categories, and customer environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and qualify leads.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
